I need birthday party ideas!

I have not been able to come up with a good birthday party idea for Stella.  Obviously, a Dora party would be her choice, but I am not sure how to make it unique. I also thought about a Dylan's Candy Bar party, a finger painting party (messy) or a princess party (of course!) I guess it isn't as big of a deal as the first birthday, but I want her to have fun!  I am sure it will turn out great no matter what... but if anyone has any cute ideas, I would love to hear them!

One of my friends did a Candy party that was ADORABLE! Another did a princess party where all the girls came as different disney princesses and the cake was a castle. I think you could have tons of fun with a dora party. We just did Zachs party at the Little Gym and they did an amazing job. That might be a 3 year old party, but it was fun for all the kids who came ranging from 2-5. Can't wait to see what you decide.

The candy bar idea would be tons of fun to decorate! you could do a princess tea party! Go check out bibsandcribs.blogspot.com, she makes ADORABLE birthday shirts/tutus and she is local.
Anything you do will be great, her 1st bday was incredible!

I love the Candy Bar idea too! We went to Dylan's in December and even in our 20's, we were obsessed! I even got a few jars with "dylan's candy bar" on them. Cute theme! Here are some pics I took...

Hello Stella! My name is Therese Azar and I work for Dylan's Candy Bar and saw your blog saying that you had an idea to do a Dylan's Candy Bar party! I see that you live in Arkansas but we can definitely give you some information about our Party on the Go option! If you have any questions or are interested in having Dylan's Candy Bar at your daughters party, please email me at tazar@dylanscandybar.com.

I look forward to hearing from you and have a SWEET day!!

my niece, Libby, had a birthday party last fall with the enormous DORA air jumping thing and loved it. The did a scavenger hunt type thing like on the show and ended at the jumper for the birthday party! The kids loved it! Good Luck! I bet you could incorporate the candy with some Dora too!
