This weekend we went down to the square and Dickson St. for a little Springfest and Farmer's market! The weather was absolutely beautiful. Daddy went kayaking while we went with the Brezinski's to the Smokehouse for breakfast, then on to the square, then down to the festival. It was a long day, but a fun one! We got to see lots of fun things and stella ate her first corndog. She loved it... but what's not to like about a corndog! She fell asleep halfway through. We also stopped at Common Grounds for refreshments, you can see she was "reading" the menu. She went with the cheese dip! It was a great day!! We both needed a nap afterward! xoxo
I got some pictures from Chris Stinson the other day from Stella's birthday party... I hope you enjoy!! It was a great day, and the pictures really captured it. I wish I could put all of them up... if you come in to Dead Swanky i have all two hundred to show you. I know you can't wait... right?? xoxo
Stella said BUBBLES today!! We were hanging out, eating dinner and we started blowing bubbles. She just looked up, pointed, and said it!! Taylor and I were so excited. She has been extra cute lately, blowing kisses, waving, playing peekaboo, high fiving, and she even says how old she is!! When we say are you one? She holds up a number one sign. What a mess! Now we just need to teach her the peace sign!! xoxo
I haven't been able to get on my internet for awhile, so I haven't posted anything. These are some pictures of the last few weeks.... Stella and her friend the yard gnome, a family pic, and fun on the boat with Anya. I will try to keep posting now that I can get online again! xoxo
These are a few pictures from my mom's memory card... she really loves having stella over any chance she can get! And Stella loves going over there because Mimi and Papa let her do ANYTHING she wants. She is learning quickly how to get what she wants... a cute little smile, or a little tear!
I am a young, working momma trying to keep up with my hip, socialite tiny and my handsome, outdoorsman husband. We have a lot of fun playing with Stella, drinking good wine and vegging as much as possible. When I am not wrapped around Stella's little finger, I love hanging with friends, oil painting, knitting, jewelry making, reading, and of course, my job, cutting hair!
